The elements in European style design have an eternal appeal over time, constantly attracting designers to explore the essence of beauty and its expressive forms.

Narrowly speaking, European style refers to a visual art effect, with classical characteristics, and presented by using the techniques of the ancient Greek and Roman architecture and the Italian Renaissance architectural style and the classical order. This style of architecture was more often than not applied in palaces, memorial architectures, and public buildings, whose purpose is to strictly abide by the explicit rules and norms, and to believe that beauty results from appropriate measure and proportion.

This book selects 30 typical cases of hotels representing European style, and truly represents the demonstrative forms of European style, reflecting how the classical order provides all the other elements with measurement in particular. This is so constructive in understanding and designing the interiors for hotels at present. In addition, a lot of details with classical style and furniture and furnishings are also truly represented in this book, which is of great reference value for the application of symbols in design.
