L'auteur - Dennis R. Cohen

Dennis R. Cohen coauthored Apple Works 6 For Dummies (with Bob LeVitus), Macworld Apple Works 6 Bible (with Steven Schwartz), and Teach Yourself WebTV (with Erica Sadun), in addition to being the technical editor of more than fifty titles, including Macworld Mac Secrets, Teach Yourself Excel 2000, Macworld FileMaker Pro 5 Bible (and 3 and 4), as well as Mac OS 9: The Missing Manual. When Bob runs his Mac trivia contests at various Macworld Expos, he disqualifies Dennis from competing. Dennis has been developing software for the Macintosh since 1984 and for other platforms (Apple III, Lisa, Unix, PCs, VAX, Modcomp, and CPM) before that. A few of the products on which he has worked are ClarisWorks (now called AppleWorks), Claris Resolve, dBASE Mac (and dBASE III for Unix), ClarisImpact, and StuffIt InstallerMaker.

a member of USENIX and SAGE, is a freelance writer and networking consultant. David Gunter is an information technology consultant and author. Lola Gunter is a technical consultant working in web and multimedia software development. The three are the co-authors of Windows NT & UNIX Integration Guide.
