Ray is a popular instructor and speaker at database conferences. He has also authored a number of database-related courses and was co-author of SQL Server 6.5 Unleashed.

Paul Bertucci heads the technology practices for the San Francisco offices of Collaborative Consulting, I.LC. He has more than 22 years of experience in database technologies including distributed data systems, data integration, and systems integration. He has authored many courses such as Sybase's "Performance and Tuning" and "Physical Database Design," and books such as Sams Teach Yourself ADO.NET in 24 Hours, and he holds numerous certifications.

Paul Jensen is an MCUBA, MCT, MCSE, and OCP who has been involved with database and system administration for 15 years.
