Résumé

Cisco Voice Over Frame Relay, ATM, and IP is a direct complement to the Cisco authorized training course of the same name. Based on the content of the CVoice course, this book provides an intermediate-level treatment of Cisco voice technologies. The overall objective is to teach engineers how to design, integrate, and configure voice over Frame Relay, ATM, and IP of enterprise or managed network services using various Cisco 2600, 3600, 3810, and 5300 multiservice access devices. Coverage of analog and digital telephony fundamentals and principles of voice communications enables you to determine optimum service selection, equipment, and configuration of a voice-over data network. Chapters dedicated to Cisco voice hardware solutions and Cisco voice configuration assist in designing and implementing branch and regional office voice connectivity. Later chapters focus on specific examples that illustrate effective configuration scenarios for voice over Frame Relay, ATM, and IP.
