L'auteur - Candace Leiden
Candace Leiden is currently the chief technical officer at Cardinal Consulting. Forced to learn about computers because she was afraid of slide rules, Candace has been a software developer, a system administrator, and a database designer and administrator. When she is not worrying about Emily (her eight-year-old niece) knowing more about computers than she does, Candace teaches computer classes worldwide and writes courseware for major international software companies. She is an internationally recognized speaker on client/server computing, databases, and the UNIX and Microsoft Windows NT operating systems. Candace met Marshall Wilensky in 1981 when they both worked at the same company. She taught him everything he knows.
